How do I know which products are right for me?

How long until I see results?

Real skin change takes consistency. Most routines show visible change in four to eight weeks of daily use — brightening and hydration tend to show earliest, the look of fine lines and dark spots takes longer. Give it the honest run before you judge it.

What order do I apply everything?

Thinnest to thickest. Morning: cleanse, treatment serum, eye care, moisturizer, then your SPF. Evening: cleanse, treatment, eye care, moisturizer or facial oil. Exfoliating acids belong in the evening, not every night.

Do I really need all five steps?

No. A complete routine is three: cleanse, treat, moisturize. The extra steps — eye care, weekly refining — are refinements, not requirements. Consistency with three steps beats perfection with five.

Can I mix RYEONA with products I already own?

Yes. Introduce one new active at a time, keep the rest of your routine steady for a couple of weeks, and wear your own SPF every morning. That way, if your skin reacts, you know exactly what to pause.

Can I use the AHA and Vitamin C together?

Keep them apart: Vitamin C in the morning (always followed by SPF), the AHA Peeling Concentrate in the evening, two to three nights a week. On AHA nights, skip other strong actives and let it work alone.

Is RYEONA suitable for sensitive skin?

Much of the range is — start with the Sensitive Skin Oil-to-Milk Cleanser and fragrance-conscious hydrators, patch test anything new on your inner arm for 24 hours, and introduce exfoliating acids once a week before building up. Sensitive skin earns its exfoliation slowly.

Do you sell sunscreen?

Not yet. Daily SPF is the step that matters most — especially alongside Vitamin C, exfoliating acids, or any even-tone routine — so use the sunscreen you already trust, every morning, and we'll assume you are.

What's actually in your products?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our formulations are produced to EU Regulation 1223/2009, which prohibits animal testing of cosmetics. Many products are also vegan — look for the vegan note on the individual product page rather than assuming, as a small number contain ingredients like hydrolyzed keratin.

Can I use these while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Most of the range is gentle, but this is one to run past your doctor or midwife — particularly exfoliating acids and concentrated actives. Bring the ingredient list from the product page; they'll tell you in seconds.

What does "glass skin" actually mean?

A K-beauty term for skin so evenly hydrated it looks luminous and smooth — like glass. It isn't one product; it's the cumulative result of a consistent routine: gentle cleansing, layered hydration, and daily protection. That's the philosophy the whole range is built on.

What if a product doesn't agree with my skin?

Stop using it, give your skin a few days of just cleanser and moisturizer, and reintroduce your other products one at a time. If irritation persists, speak to a pharmacist or doctor — and contact us so we can help with next steps.

Are boxes cheaper than buying the products separately?

Yes. Every box contains full-size products — the same sizes sold individually, just bundled — and is priced below the combined price of buying them one by one. The saving is shown on the box page and in your quiz results.

Orders & Shipping

Where do orders ship from?

Our fulfillment centers in the USA. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and tracking by email as soon as it's dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50. Below that, rates are shown at checkout — and shipping is charged once per order, not per product, so adding more of your ritual to one order costs nothing extra to deliver. Full details on Shipping & Returns.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and U.S. standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays can happen, so times aren't guaranteed — but you'll have tracking from the moment it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to change it; once it's on its way, our returns process takes over.

What's your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging — opened skincare can't be returned, for health and safety reasons. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, check the parcel on arrival and email us a photo and your order number — ideally within 24–48 hours so we can claim with the carrier and sort your replacement fastest — and we'll put it right at no cost either way.
